With the exercise example above, you will begin to make time to stick to your commitment. You will find yourself cancelling invites so you can be free to exercise. Your focus will be how to get to the gym, especially on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. That means you cannot attend the night out with your friends if it is a Friday evening. Focus helps you achieve your goals faster.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 15; margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n<p>\nA personal development plan inspires you to act on your goals. The missing link between a wish and success is a lack of action. SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 15; margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n<p>\nIt is important to be completely honest when assessing yourself. You should not judge yourself here or compare yourself to others. Just aim to be true to yourself so you can identify areas that require attention. What opportunities do you see around you?
